Once again this year, a number of running enthusiasts from our team set off on the almost 5.5-kilometre course through Siegen's city center for the Siegen company run.

The participants met at 6 p.m. to prepare themselves mentally for the upcoming run. The vouchers for drinks and food organized in advance provided additional motivation and anticipation.

After a short warm-up phase, the starting shot was fired punctually at 7:30 p.m. and the runners set off - albeit in a somewhat cramped space on the runway.

Our team was also cheered on off the course. This moral support helped to overcome the last few meters before the finish line. In the end, everyone reached the finish line and could celebrate the distance they had covered.

After the run, we celebrated in style: The successful day was celebrated late into the evening with delicious chips and refreshing drinks.

We are already looking forward to the next race and good preparation. Because after the race is before the race!
