Encrypted communication and secure data delivery
With mail:u, we automate and secure digital business processes in the B2B and B2C areas of your company. As a front-end crypto gateway, mail:u secure fully automates S/MIME and PGP encryption, signature verification, and the application for missing certificates via external trust centers (autocert). The solution integrates deeply and invisibly into Microsoft 365 or Exchange environments through Outlook add-ins and Microsoft Graph API usage via Entra ID. This is flanked by mail:u Disclaimer for central control of CI-compliant signatures and the secure delivery of large file attachments via password-protected file links or direct PDF encryption.
