Insight into the UPONU Self-Service Portal
1. create and name customers
The first step is to create the customer. Name him according to your specifications. Afterwards, the customer will see the name you have assigned to him and all the settings you have made in his portal access.
2. deposit domain(s) of the customer
Define the domain(s) via which your customer should reach his personal user interface of the portal. In our example we use the domain portal.host-it.cloud. This way you make sure that no connection to UPONU as software vendor is visible. Your customer, your sales!
3. set color scheme
You can individually define for each customer which appearance the user interface of the portal should have for him. This also includes the definition of color values via palette control or via the hexadecimal color definition. Your selection is immediately mirrored in your own user interface for demonstration.
4. various designs
Besides a standard design, you can choose between many other designs. These include light and dark designs, among others. The customer can subsequently decide for himself which one he likes and will be thrilled with the detail customizations of his personalized user interface.
5. deposit logos
Then you upload your customer's logo. You also have the possibility to set a favicon that will be visible in the browser tab.
6. deposit font
If your customer uses a special font and has a web license for this font this can also be deposited.
7. e-mail basic settings
In the last step, basic settings for outgoing e-mails can be made. You can define the sender and set up the footer. All e-mails that are then sent via the user interface of the customer will fall back on these settings.
8. finished portal access
When the customer logs in to your version of the portal via his personal URL, he sees all the user interface settings you have made.
