Partnering with UPONU offers highly available Exchange servers with a variety of extensions. These include, among others, spam protection, email archiving, disclaimer and footer management, email encryption, email backup and digital signatures. If you already use your email services in Office 365, we can also connect the extensions to this service as well.

Cloud-based telephony

With our telephony solutions, implementation on any end device is possible. Turn your customers' computers into a telephone or use classic telephones. 1. activate e-mail module

At the beginning we activate the e-mail module for you. Here we define the first settings. You have the choice whether the virus and/or the spam protection should be activated. You determine the precision of the spam protection, so that you do not miss any e-mail.

2. deposit e-mail domain/s

Next, store as many email domains as you need.

3. create mailbox - type - select

Already now you can create your first mailbox. To do this, select which type of mailbox you want to create. You have the choice between user, function, room and device mailboxes.

4. create mailbox - basic settings -

Specify what you want the local section of your mailbox to be. Then select one of your stored domains, which the mailbox should receive. The display name is used to display the mailbox within the portal.

5. create mailbox - password settings -

Mailboxes must be protected with a password. You can have one generated, or create one yourself. There is also the possibility to specify that it has to be changed again the first time you register. Do not forget to update it at regular intervals.

6. create mailbox - user information -

Optionally, user information can be stored.

7. create mailbox - activate additional services -

You also have the option to activate additional services. These includes Mailstore and a signature service for the respective mailbox. Let us advise you. We will gladly help you and make you an offer, which is tailored to your needs

8. use mailbox

That's all. The mailbox is created and ready to use!
