Anyone aged 18 or over is eligible to participate. Employees of UPONU GmbH are excluded from participation. All laps driven on the sim rig at the UPONU booth during the official opening hours of it-sa 2026 count towards the competition. After registering, each participant has the opportunity to drive one timed lap (hot lap). As "race control," UPONU reserves the right to disqualify participants from the competition in the event of unsportsmanlike conduct, manipulation (cheating), or violations of booth rules. The winners are determined by the three fastest valid lap times recorded over the entire duration of the trade show. Winners will be notified after the show via the contact details (email) provided at registration. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, UPONU reserves the right to pass the prize on to the next-fastest participant. For the prizes for 1st and 2nd place, travel to and from the race events is not included and is at the winner's own expense. Cash payment, alteration, or exchange of prizes is excluded. Legal recourse is excluded. Winners are themselves responsible for ensuring that accepting the prize is compatible with their employer's compliance policies. The data collected (name, lap time, email) is processed to carry out the competition. If the corresponding consent was given on the registration form, we also use the email address for promotional information about UPONU's offerings. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
